Refund policy

Live arrival is guaranteed.  In the rare case of DOA (dead on arrival),  please report by email (info@infinityreefs.com) including photographs within 3 hours of delivery time. Temperatue of the water upon arrival must be reported along with photo of the DOA item, and the box w/packaging.  We are not responsible for DOA caused by carrier delays, weather delays, customer not available delays, etc. 

DOAs,  at our discretion, will be credited or replaced on a future order, monetary refunds are not issued.  Credits or replacements not redeemed within 90 days will be forfeited.   Orders with replacement items or credits must still meet the minimum for free shipping, otherwide shipping costs would be incurred.  Orders of only a replacement item will incur shipping charges.  Orders that include a replacement item but still meet the minimum threshold for free shipping will ship for FREE.  Due to extended transit time, we do not offer guarantees on items shipped outside of the US mainland. 

DOA's under 5% of order value are the customer's reponsibility and will not be credited.  DOA’s are only credited or replaced on shipments within the continental US.  Orders shipped out of the Continental US are shipped at customer risk. DOA's occur in less than 2% of our shipments, and are almost always temperature related.
