Shipping policy

If an item is not available to ship due to health concerns, we will contact you.  Any unshipped items will be refunded.  Once we ship your order you will receive a tracking email.  Shipping days are Mondays & Wednesdays, for arrivals Tuesday & Thursday.  We will check the temperature in your city and use the appropriate temperature control based on your local temperature.  Heat packs or cold packs are available at no charge.  SHIPPING RATES & OFFERS APPLY TO THE CONTINENTAL US ONLY.  ( PR, HI, GUAM, etc contact for Overnight shipping quote) Orders shipped outside the continental US are shipped at customer risk with no refunds or guarantees.   CUSTOMER-CANCELLED ORDERS WILL BE CHARGED A 20% RESTOCK FEE, DUE TO INTERNET BANKING FEES
